At Trendoria, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle, process, and deliver your purchases.

Order Processing Time All orders are carefully reviewed, verified, and prepared before being dispatched. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at cmabrouk20@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • France & Western Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local postal service disruptions.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Trendoria has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Trendoria cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Arrived damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Trendoria is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at cmabrouk20@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
