These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Trendoria online store. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
1. Product Information We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations may exist between product images and the actual item due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. These minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return or refund unless the product materially differs from its description.
2. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Trendoria reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
3. Order Placement By placing an order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. You will receive an automated order confirmation email upon submission of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received it.
4. Order Acceptance Your order is officially accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Trendoria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage, including after confirmation, for reasons such as:
- Product unavailability or stock discrepancies
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements
In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments and are protected by SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
6. Delivery & Risk Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Once a package has been delivered to the address specified in your order, Trendoria's liability for the safe receipt of that order ends. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes and procedures.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at cmabrouk20@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
8. Warranty All products sold by Trendoria are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided under French consumer law (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code), as well as the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code). If a product is found to be non-conforming or defective, please contact us at cmabrouk20@gmail.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Le Havre, France.
10. Amendments Trendoria reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time your order is placed.
